FAQ

Do I need an account to use playlists?

Public playlists are available to everyone. Subscriber-only playlists are visible but locked for anonymous users and Base plans. Upgrade on the Pricing page to unlock.

Where do I find my stream URL?

Visit the Listen page, select a playlist, and copy the HLS URL. If the playlist is subscriber-only, log in and ensure your plan includes access.

Public playlist URLs remain stable. Subscriber playlist URLs are tokenized and time-limited per plan for security.
